As I sift through thousands of images, I’ve finally got around to adding another regular species found in Orange County. Today, the Bushtit was added. I’ve also added several more images to the Varied Thrush section of the photo gallery. One was seen on 3/6/15 at Wilderness Glen Park in Mission Viejo at around 5:25pm at this GPS location: 33.6367, -117.6623. Here’s a copy of my notes which were added to the eBird report submitted earlier: “seen adjacent to olive tree on barren branch. non contrasting blue orange plumage as with adult male. possible female or immature male. clear unobstructed view about 20 feet up. previously seen here before. today at 5:25 pm”
