Orchard Oriole – 2 Immature males seen at Bart Spendlove Memorial Park in Mission Viejo

Today, January 25, 2015 at Bart Spendlove Memorial Park, two rare immature males were seen by Mike Sanders, Bruce Aird, Steve Sosensky and myself at approximately 1pm. As you enter the park and bear right, walk up the steps to the ball field and bouncing back and forth between a variety of trees were two immature males. In addition, an immature female Bullock’s Oriole was scene at approximately the same time frame.

I’ve include two images below but more can be seen from today’s session in the Orchard Oriole gallery.

A complete checklist of today’s finding’s at Bart Spendlove Memorial Park can be found here.
